Cleansing Program Introduction

There are 3 phases for this cleansing program

1st Phase - Pre-Cleanse phase make sure your bowels are well prepared for the cleansing process. This phase will takes up 2 days. This phase is mainly help in loosing up the bowels and guarantee your GI System for the 3 days cleanse-fast regimen. We would advice you don't be too eager in these 2 days, light food are stil allowed to prevent you from hungriness.

3rd Phase - Post Cleanse phase is a 2 days program that lead you to your normal lifestyle.

  • Second day, starting with light meal, vegetables and fruits. Do bear in mind to avoid starchy vegetables like potato and corn.
